The first thing you should do is visit the Brides' Bill of Rights and know your rights as a consumer!

In an effort to bring dignity and basic customer care to wedding industry, Applebride will be encouraging businesses to become AppleBride Certified. This is totally free and will just show other brides that this a fair and ethical business.
