Dessert buffet

A dessert buffet is where a variety of different desserts are available for guests to enjoy. A guest may choose whatever he/she desires and there is plenty of variety to accomodate the sweet tooth of any guest. Sometimes dessert buffets include a chocolate fountain as well as fresh fruits, marshmallows, and other items to place under it. Some couples opt for a dessert buffet in lieu of a traditional wedding cake, especially if they have special dietary needs (or just don't care for cake).
