What is etiquette?
One of the most important things to traditional brides is following by proper etiquette. Dictionary.com defines etiquette as conventional requirements as to social behavior; proprieties of conduct as established in any class or community or for any occasion OR a prescribed or accepted code of usage in matters of ceremony, as at a court or in official or other formal observances.
A unique aspect about etiquette is that it varies from decade to decade, culture to culture, and even city to city. Because etiquette standards are so diverse, and often contradictory to each other, it can often be a volatile subject in wedding and wedding planning communities.
