A scoop neckline is a type of dress neckline. It is characterized by a round neckline that dips down from the shoulders to the bust. It varies from the V-neck in that the neckline is rounded rather than in a v-shape.

Scoop necklines may be present in dresses of any sleeve length- from long sleeves to sleeveless (like the dress pictured). This style is generally flattering of those with a larger bust because the straps/sleeve can help hide garments which provide better support.
